I have a discount code! How do I redeem it?
At check out, you will see your cart details and the "Discount code" box, enter your code and click "Apply coupon". The price of your cart will change automatically. If that's not the case, please write to us at email@example.com
Please, notice that coupon codes will not be applied to discounted products or in combination with other offers or promotions
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can give you the email address of the person in charge of bulk buying.
What payment methods can I choose from?
Card payment or PayPal.
Is the payment process secure?
Yes, your data are transmitted in encrypted form (SSL). For Visa and Mastercard payments, we only accept secure electronic transactions (SET). After verifying that your card is registered with the SET system, the corresponding card issuer has to confirm the authenticity of your data. If they are valid, your card will be charged. If not, the order is cancelled immediately.
Can I get an invoice under my company name?

Note: You can receive your order at any address of your choosing, but we do not ship to PO boxes.
Can I track my parcel?
All orders will be trackable, once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking link.
What company runs shipping?
Normally we work with UPS and DHL. In exceptional cases, we may work with other couriers, such as Skynet, Correos Express and Fed-Ex.
What shipping methods can I choose? How much is shipping?
We have free shipping for orders above a certain amount, this number will depend on the destination:
- For shipments to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

- For shipments to Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom

My order is late. What do I do?
If your order is late, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to resolve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What happens if the courier comes when no one is home?
If no one is in at the shipping address you provided, the courier will leave you a note to say they tried to deliver your parcel and that they will try again later. Alternatively, you will receive a phone call/email to arrange the delivery for another time.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
Here at Bijoux Indiscrets we want our clients to receive high-quality products. If you believe yours to be faulty, please write to us at: email@example.com.
We want to resolve any issues with your item as soon as possible, so please get in touch and we'll get things sorted as quickly as we can.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an unsolicited item in error, please write to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bijoux Indiscrets will cover any postage costs regarding the unsolicited product, as well as those for shipping the correct item. We want to resolve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Can I cancel my order?
We start to prepare your parcel immediately, so you can't cancel your order but you can arrange a return.
Can I return my products?
Yes, please check our policy for returns and refunds here.
Can I exchange my items?
Not directly, but you can arrange a return and place a new order with your desired products.
Did you receive my return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If everything is OK, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 14 days.
How will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase: credit/debit card or PayPal..
When will I receive my refund?
After we have approved the return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that payments to credit cards always depend on your bank.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
